Our Electronic Instruments
The synthesizer is the only instrument that doesn't have a native sound (how does a synthesizer sound?), but creates the sound from elements such oscillators, filters, amplifiers, mixers and envelope generators. The sounds are either fantasy sounds or imitations of real sounds, for instance acoustic instruments. Or a blend of these two types of sounds. Different synth's and keyboards has different character of the sound and are suited for different types of sound.
